 Born March 4, 1963 in Georgetown Guyana.
Obtained LLB from University of the West Indies, Cavehill Campus, Barbados.
Obtained LEC from Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad & Tobago.
Called to the Guyana Bar in October 1991.
Living in Bermuda since 1999, married to a Bermudian and have nine year old son.
Called to the Bermuda Bar in May 2000.
Susan is employed by the Government of Bermuda within Legal Aid and therefore does not undertake private cases. Her Experience is in general practice with a speciality in family law.
Previously Susan worked for Legal Aid in Guyana (Managing Attorney from 1994 to1998) and in Bermuda (Senior Legal Aid Counsel from 2003 to present).Also worked with Women’s Resource Centre in Bermuda from1999to 2001 as Court Advocate working mainly in the area of domestic violence.
Hobbies include architecture, traveling, collecting boxes and comics. |
