RAYMOND DESILVA

I qualified in England, returning to Bermuda in 1999. I worked for 13 years at CD&P in the litigation department before moving to Moniz & George Ltd in August 2013. I have a varied civil litigation practice comprising landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection, personal injury, commercial, immigration, estate, and matrimonial matters. I find the latter to be very rewarding particularly when working towards common goals in the best interest of any children that may be involved. In that respect the collaborative approach is preferred whenever possible. .
